How it works
As part of the PPA, Lumenaus will install your shiny new solar system at no upfront costs. The system is owned and fully maintained by our PPA Provider for the term of the agreement, and you’ll only have to pay for the electricity usage.
We’ll also be taking care of any of the maintenance and operational costs associated with the system, taking the stress out of your hands. We offer flexible lease terms under the PPA for 10, 15 and 20 year terms. There are also opportunities for extension and early buyout.
What you pay
The ownership of the system will pass to you at the end of the term without any extra costs/buy-out fees.

Entering into a chattel mortgage is another finance option that we offer, in which you own the solar equipment from day one. The total invoice cost of the commercial solar asset can also be financed and you may be eligible for the Federal Government Instant Asset Tax Write Off scheme.
The third finance option we have for our solar systems is through an operating lease. Through this option you’ll rent the solar system from the bank for the time of the loan.
